Yudish is a Barrister-at-Law who has practised since 2016. He has his own legal practice, Lutchmenarraidoo Chambers, and is also the founder of Audacia Corporate Services (formerly YKL Corporate Services Ltd). Yudish has previously practised at Balgobin Chambers and Dentons (Mauritius) LLP before starting his own practice.
Yudish works closely with companies operating in the financial sector. He regularly advises companies, trusts and entities holding the following licences from the Financial Services Commission: Management Company, CIS, Investment Adviser (unrestricted), CIS Manager and Investment Dealer, and assists entities in applying for such licences by drafting Constitutions, PPMs, Investment Advisory and Management Agreements and Business Plans.
He has personally carried out 60+ independent AML/CFT audits for various FSC Licensees and has drafted AML/CFT procedures manuals for entities and persons regulated by the FSC and by the Financial Intelligence Unit.
Yudish holds a Degree in French Law and a Master 1 in Business and Private Law from the Université Montesquieu of Bordeaux, France. He further holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and completed his Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School, London, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as well as to the Bar of Mauritius.
