Audacia Corporate Services (formerly YKL Corporate Services) is an advisory firm set up by Yudish Lutchmenarraidoo in 2020 to provide top-tier services in Compliance and Intellectual Property.

Yudish Lutchmenarraidoo
Founder & Partner
Yudish is a Barrister-at-Law who has practised since 2016. He has his own legal practice, Lutchmenarraidoo Chambers, and founded Audacia Corporate Services (formerly YKL Corporate Services Ltd) in 2020. He previously practised at Balgobin Chambers and Dentons (Mauritius) LLP.
He works closely with companies in the financial sector, advising FSC licensees, and has personally carried out 60+ independent AML/CFT audits for FSC Licensees.
He holds a Degree in French Law and a Master 1 in Business and Private Law from the Université Montesquieu of Bordeaux, and completed his Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School, London. He is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as well as to the Bar of Mauritius.
